    Existing Conditions Analysis (Fall 2026)

    Borough staff and consultants are currently conducting the Existing Conditions Analysis, which includes a review of policies and regulations, an analysis of historical crash data over a five-year baseline, an assessment of the High-Injury Network and Spatial Analysis, an inventory of multi-modal infrastructure, and considerations for equity and underserved communities.

    Online Community Survey #1 (Fall 2026)

    The first community survey is now live and is gathering feedback! In this initial phase, we would like to learn more about your personal experiences using the roadways in Hanover. Additionally, if you have had any near-miss experiences, we encourage you to share those with us.
