An in-person workshop is anticipated to take place in October 2026 during the Vulnerability Assessment. A virtual pre-recorded workshop will also be created and posted.

In concurrence with the Vulnerability Assessment and to supplement the in-person and virtual workshops, a digital survey will be available for the community to participate in and provide their input.

In concurrence with the Vulnerability Assessment, the project team will attend a pop-up at either one of the Yuba County certified Farmers Markets or at the Yuba County Be Prepared Fair.

In concurrence with Phase 2, Strategy and Project Prioritization the TAC will meet refine adaptation strategies.

During Phase 2, the Strategy and Project Prioritization phase a 'Meeting-in-a-Box' activity will be launched. This activity allows community members to participate in workshop activities at times and locations that are convenient for them.

To supplement the 'Meeting-in-a-Box' activity and to gather additional feedback during the Strategy and Project Prioritization Phase, Survey #2 will be launched in digital form.

The project team plans to participate in a pop-up event at one the Yuba County communities tree lighting festivals.

The Draft Plan will be made available to the public and the Technical Advisory Committee for comment prior to being finalized.
