About the CAAP

Overview

The CAAP will evaluate climate risks and identify vulnerabilities within Yuba County's transportation infrastructure. The plan will recommend mitigation, resilience, and adaptation strategies that the County can implement to reduce or manage these risks.

The project includes data collection, a vulnerability assessment, and the development of adaptation strategies tailored to local needs. The primary deliverable will be a Climate Action & Adaptation Plan that prioritizes transportation infrastructure projects and provides information that can be incorporated into the County's General Plan update.
